હમણાં મને એક ટીવી મુલાકાતમાં કાર્યક્રમ સંચાલકે પૂછ્યું કે ડૉક્ટર પર ભરોસો રાખવો કે ગુગલ પર?! મેં કહ્યું ‘તમારી સમસ્યાનું સમાધાન અને સારવાર જોઈતી હોય તો ડૉક્ટર ઉપર, નહીંતર ગુગલ પર! ગુગલ સમાધાન ઓછું અને સંદેહ વધારે પેદા કરે છે. દવા તો મળે નહીં અને વધુ દસ બીમારીઓની ના જોઈતી જાણકારી મગજમાં ઘુસી જાય!! સરવાળે, મૂંઝવણમાં વધારો, મન ભયભીત અને શંકાઓનો પાર નહીં. પાંચ દિવસમાં ઠેકાણે પડતી બાબત પંચાવન દિવસે કઈંક નવું જ રૂપ ધારણ કરીને ખોળામાં બેઠી હોય!

સુખ, સંબંધો અને સબરસ, આ ત્રણે’ય વગર જિંદગી ફિક્કી છે, અધૂરી છે. એક મનોચિકિત્સક તરીકેના વર્ષોના અનુભવ ઉપરથી એક વાત તો હું ખુબ દ્રઢતાપૂર્વક કહી શકું છું કે વ્યક્તિના સુખ-દુઃખ કે જીવનની સાર્થકતાનો ઘણો મોટો આધાર તેના સંબંધો ઉપર રહેલો છે. આ સંબંધો લગ્નજીવનના હોય, સંતાનો સાથેના હોય, કુટુંબ-સમાજ સાથેના હોય, પોતાની જાત સાથેના હોય કે પછી ટેક્નોલોજી સાથેના હોય! બધુ’ય સબરસ હોવું જોઈએ, આ સબરસ એટલે જીવનના તમામ સ્વાદનો એકરસ! જીવતરનો સાચો સ્વાદ આપતો રસ અને તેમાંથી નીતરતું સુખ!!
